On 3/10/10 I took the train from Hamburg to Bremerhaven to see the opera Peter Grimes. Australian Miriam Gordon-Stewart sang the role of Ellen Orford and Paul McNamara the role of Peter Grimes. I had thought a small house might not have the resources for good opera, but they punch above their weight. It was great. |
